Queued links workflow

The Queued links workflow section lets you organize your work with links, you can move them like sticky notes across four columns. Here you can get a clean, visual overview. Add links to your board, then drag and drop to move work around or track them through multiple stages.

To add a new link you need to click an appropriate button - Add a new link. After that add necessary information to create a new link to Link Manager. Please note, some of the fields are required to be filled. Without them a new link won’t be added.

At the General settings you will have to specify a new link’s status, type and its kind. Also you can assign a manager who is responsible for the whole process of link-building. Add date when link was added to the system and cost to never lose this information. At the website options please specify the website URL and its type. The next step is to add data about your link: its anchor text and destination URL. Also you can add a description for your link to know exactly what this link was for and to give some insights to your teammates about it. When you’ve completed all steps, click the Apply button and a new link will be added. If you don’t want to add this link, click the Cancel button.

At the Contact section you can specify the existing contact that has already been added to the system or create a new one. If you choose the last option, you will be able to add name of your contact, its email, and also LinkedIn, Facebook or Twitter details. After all the information is added, click the Apply button to save changes or Cancel to cancel all the actions.
