Examples of Reports

What is the Project Reports section for?

It’s the distribution of reports to clients and staff on schedule.

This feature is very useful if you want to receive the reports over the period you are interested in and on the date you’ve specified. To set up the scheduled reports sending, please read the Reports Management article.

So, let’s look at the created reports more closely. Below, you can see the examples of reports that you or your client receive.

The data displayed in the report (Ranking + Analytics data):

Ranking section shows the information separately for every search engine added to a project. The green arrow shows how many keywords went up (position in SERPs) and the red one - how many keywords went down. Delta displays the number of keywords that reached Top-10 (green color) or fell out (red color). In simple words, it is the difference between two dates that are compared.

Traffic section represents the information of all visits, unique visitors and organic traffic (data of one week is compared with another week). Dynamics is the difference between the compared periods.

Conversions section obviously shows the number of conversions for the specific period, and dynamics displays the difference between the compared periods.

Optionally, you can also use your own SMTP server. By default, all emails will be sent from our SMTP server. More information about setting up White-label you can find here.
