The Meta tags section detects invalid and duplicate meta tags. The chart displays number of errors of the specific error type for the selected date range. Hover your mouse on any point of the chart to view data related to particular date of the selected period. For more convenient data display you can switch on/off any error type.
There are error types icons under the chart. Click on the one you are interested in and view the detailed information. Here is the list of error types for the Meta Tags section:
Empty Title. Shows number of pages with empty Title meta tag.
Empty description. Shows number of pages with empty meta Description tag.
Title too short. Shows number of pages where Titles characters quantity is less than it is recommended by search engines.
Title too long. Shows number of pages where Titles characters quantity is more than it is recommended by search engines.
Duplicate Titles. Shows number of pages which have duplicated content of Title tag.
Duplicate descriptions. Shows number of pages which have duplicated content of meta Description tag.
Empty Meta Keywords. Shows number of pages with empty meta Keywords tag.
Duplicate Meta tags. Shows number of pages which have duplicate Meta tags.
Duplicate Title tags. Shows number of pages which have duplicate Title tags.
Absent H1 tags. Shows the number of pages which have no H1 tags.
Absent encoding meta tag. Shows the number of pages with no encoding meta tag.
Absent doctype. Shows the number of pages which have no doctype.
Furthermore, there are Additional parameters. By default, some of them are already set in the section table and others are hidden. To manage table columns use the "Column Chooser" button. Also, in the table you can see the date when the last scan of your website pages was occurred.
The loupe next to the page URL lets open the current page in Analyzer and observe additional information.
